Our busy lives require scheduled breaks and this retreat will provide a wonderful, peaceful respite.
Many benefits have been realized through these 3 particular types of yoga including relief from chronic disease, pain, and stress, grief support, deepening of meditative practices, and an overall sense of joy, calm, and contentment. We will explore three beautiful forms of yoga, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra. All three are based on surrender and release of built up stress, tension, and toxins through meditative relaxation. You will find an inner resource of peace and quiet strength which is always available to you and more easily accessed once it has been nurtured through these practices.
Note: Please bring yoga blocks if you have them!
Check-in any time in the afternoon so you can be in time for dinner at 5:00 PM. After dinner, the group will gather for meditation and yoga nidra. The next morning begins at 8:30 with Yin Yoga and is followed by brunch, individual healing appointments, restorative yoga, meditation and a final yoga nidra class. Sunday morning starts with an energizing yoga class, and commences with the 1:00 pm Sunday dinner.
(Reiki is an additional charge)
Stephanie will be providing Reiki energy work at $70 for sixty minutes.
