Beer and Yoga at Snowbelt Brewery

10 am yoga at Snowbelt. Enjoy a beer post class. First and third Saturday of the month at Snowbelt.

Class is usually a Slow Flow. This class links unhurried breath with movement, mindfully holding postures for several breaths, and awakening the body. Explore the details of each posture at a comfortable pace to allow your body to deepen into a stretch or pause in a strength-building pose and clearing your mind. This is a fun, light class, great for all levels. Beer is enjoyed after the physical practice.
