Future of Comedy Show at BJ’s Event Center

On this episode of The Future of Comedy Show we are back at BJ’s Event Center with nationally touring headliner, Mike Ball. Along with Future of Comedy Show regulars Steve Kaz, Al Sugarbear Parharm, and Marti Johnson. Ticket also includes delicious appetizers. Please remember doors are at 7pm and show begins at 8pm.

Mike Ball- A nationally touring headliner and producer of the award winning comedy series “The Future of Comedy Show” with over 650 shows produced. The shows have been featured at The Chicago Laugh Factory, San Diego Comedy Palace and multiple venues through out the Midwest. Winning Best Event in Midland by the Midland Daily News.

Mike has also performed at the World Famous Comedy Store, been featured on The Nashville Zanies All Stars Show, performed at Michigan International Speedway during Nascar weekend, and was featured on the #1 show in Vegas “The Dirty at 12:30”. He has had the honor to open for comedy legend Ralphie May, Dave Landau, and Molly Kearney from SNL. With over a decade of experience he keeps his act fresh with his in the moment observation, crowd work and guitar improv. No two shows are ever the same.

Steve Kaz- Aggressively hilarious, charmingly cheeky, and undeniably talented, Steve Kaz is a young comedian who’s been performing around the Midwest since he was 18. He was the Detroit Roast battle winner of 2021 and has performed all across the country on stages like The Comic Strip, Mark Ridley’s Comedy Castle, and The Denver Improv. Steve’s high-energy comedic style will be sure to leave you rolling in your seat.

Marti Johnson- Marti Johnson is TC’s Funny Lady! 2 Time winner of Traverse City Magazine’s Red Hot Best Comedian. She has traveled the Midwest having the opportunities to open for comedy legends Dave Landau, Leanne Morgan and John Heffron. You may have seen her at TC Comedy Club or Michigan’s premiere comedy festival, Laughfest.

Al Sugar Bear Parham -International Comedian with a hilarious point of view of his humble upbringings and the relationships he deals with now. SUGABEAR has worked all across the country from LA, to New York at such clubs as LOL Comedy Club, Pittsburgh Improv and the Jspot in LA. He has opened up for national touring headliners such as Mark Curry, Joe Torry and a host of others. Plus he was on Family Fued with Steve Harvey!
