Roasted Brussels Sprouts – Balsamic roasted Brussels sprouts, with bacon & onion, topped with parmesan $11.95

Mussels in Sambuca Tomato Cream – Mussels steamed in a sambuca tomato white wine cream sauce, served with crostini toast points $13.95

Ancient Grain and Greek Quinoa Salad – Mixed quinoa with cucumber, feta, tomato, & Kalamata olives $10.95

American Kobe NY Strip – 10 oz. center-cut American Kobe New York strip grilled to perfection, topped with bourbon mushroom demi-glace, served with Boursin mashed potatoes $85.95

White Marble Ranch Bone-in Pork Chop – 12 oz. bone-in Frenched pork chop grilled to perfection, served pan-roasted new potato and maple bourbon glaze $34.95
