Description

Run through the tall trees and alongside the beautiful Thumb Lake for the inaugural Lake Louise Trail Run 5K! There are three options to run for the day! A portion of all proceeds will go to The Karing Home Youth Project of Otsego County. 5k – $30: Race starts at 9am. Last minute registration begins at 8:30am. The race will start on the Lake Louise grounds, follow Pioneer Trail alongside Thumb Lake, for a moment be on Thumb Lake Rd. before returning onto the trail through the woods. Runners will then merge on Pioneer trail once more heading back to Lake Louise grounds, around the sports field and finishing by the retreat center. Prizes awarded for the first 3 male finishers and the first 3 female finishers. Open to all ages. All participants will receive a t-shirt and a medal if registered by April 28, 2023. Children’s Run- $25: 3rd-8th grade. 1 mile in length. Race starts at 10 am. Last minute registration begins at 8:30am. The race will start on the Lake Louise grounds, then participants will run alongside Thumb Lake and through the trails of Lake Louise fields! Prizes awarded for first male finisher and first female finisher. All participants will receive a t-shirt and participation medal if registered by April 28, 2023. Fun Run – $25: All ages welcome! Costumes encouraged! The fun run/walk is a one mile course that take participants alongside Thumb Lake and through the trails of Lake Louise fields! The race starts at 11am. All participants will receive a t-shirt if registered by April 28, 2023.
