What could possibly be better than cross country skiing through beautiful trails in northern Michigan? How about gourmet food and beverage stations along the way? This gourmet winter adventure takes you on a 6-kilometer (3.8-mile) cross country ski excursion. Take this trek at your own pace along with your friends and family while enjoying five gourmet food and beverage stations along the way!

This activity is recommended for adventure seekers ages 21+ and for all levels of cross country skiers and snowshoeing ability. Beginners welcome!

Check-In Information

Your excursion begins at the Main Lodge in the Birch Room. If you need rental equipment, we recommend you submit our express rental form before your Skiable Feast date. Your equipment will be available for pickup at the Rental Department prior to heading out on the trail.

Skiable Feast Menu

Station 1: Western scramble bake with hash browns, eggs, sausage, pepper, onion, mushroom and spinach and cheese blend, sliced melon, assorted yogurt individuals, breakfast pastry

Station 2: Chorizo & sweet potato chili with black beans

Station 3: Tenderloin stroganoff served with spaetzle/gnocchi

Station 4: Fuel Station for that last trek, offering bottled water and granola bars for energy

Station 5: Chef attended action station, cod sliders, fresh fruit salad, chips and miniature desserts
