Working Class Car Show

Date:

Saturday, September 11, 2021

Location:

2401 Old U.S. 27 South
Gaylord, MI 49735

Time:

11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Join us for an all-day memorial event for 9/11. Starting with the Working Class Car Show from 11 to 3 at Jim Wernig Chevrolet, where you can get up close to many of the amazing vehicles that we don’t always get the opportunity to see! Heavy equipment, firetrucks, police cars, excavators, frontend loaders, a street sweeper, even a crane! This event will be fun for the whole family and there is no cost for entry! The working class car show is free admission.
There will be a remote broadcast from 106KHQ where Fish will be the DJ for the day, doing call-ins to the live show from the dealership.
We are partnering with our local United Way to help raise funds for their Emergency Relief Program. This program helps locals pay for things there is no other assistance for, such as utility bills, gas vouchers, and more.
We will also be welcoming donations of school supplies for kids in need heading back to school. After the back-to-school rush, most items should be on clearance!
GreyStone Coffee will have a tent set up selling coffee and treats during the working class car show!
Directly after the working class car show, there will be a downtown parade honoring our first responders at 4:00 followed by a memorial ceremony under the pavilion at 4:15pm.
