Lakes of the North Golf Course

Come out and see the beautiful landscapes that Bill Newcomb and Jerry Matthews have put together. Built in 1968, and added onto in the late 1980s, there is both a links and northern Michigan feel to our slice of golf heaven.

The amenities and the service are fantastic, but the real star of the show is the challenging yet relaxing layout, which provides a stimulating round of golf for all players, from the rookie up to the veteran champion. With 5 sets of tees spanning from 5,004 to 7,004 yards, visitors fall in love with our rolling terrain, strategically placed hazards and expertly manicured greens and tees. You will fall in love, too!

After your round stop into our pro tavern to get a light bite and cold drink. Located halfway between US 131 and Old 27 on Mancelona Road.
