5:30pm – Glow in the dark ride – Black Bear Golf Course 

8:00pm – Friday Night Welcome Party – Pine Squirrel

Saturday: Jan. 24th, 2026

• 9am – Participants check in – pick up hunt card, turn in pledges, drop off participant basket contest entries
• 9am – 9:30 – Sled staging – staging for vintage sleds, current sleds, trail leader options & women’s only group (10 spaces limited for this group) 
• 9:30am – Event group picture
• Send off following- Guided snowmobile groups send off
• 6:00pm – Dinner awards party

Reserve your space for $ 30 by Dec 1st, 2025 and receive incentive PRR Hat, $ 130 per person. Open to both men and women, event raises oney for Breast Cancer Patients in Michigan.
