Taste your way through the day and vote for your favorites. Or get in on the action and register a team for this year’s event! All experience levels are welcome.

This year, we’re turning up the heat with celebrity pitmaster Bobby T, a world‑champion BBQ authority. Bobby will be among this year’s judging panel, and will also share stories and cooking techniques with the crowd. From winning on the world’s biggest stages to teaching live‑fire cooking across the country, Bobby T delivers competition‑level flavor with backyard‑friendly swagger.

Event Schedule: Friday, May 1st: 2 pm to 5 pm- Pick up meats/proteins at the Halfway Cafe’ – 8 pm – Welcome Dinner Reception and Lighting of the Grills — Saturday, May 2nd: 12 pm – Early entry for VIP attendees, 12:30 pm – Registration Table opens, 1 pm to 5 pm – Open for General Admission, 3 pm – Judges tasting begins, 4 pm People Choice voiting ends, 4:30 pm – Awards announced, 5 pm – Event concludes.
