Light of the Trail – Sturgeon River Nature Preserve

Sat. Nov. 29th, 2025 from 5 pm to 7 pm, located 3749 Whitmarsh Road, Vanderbilt. Free to attend.

Description: Celebrate the season and brighten the darker days ahead at Sturgeon River Nature Preserve. The trail will be lit for the winter season, and after exploring the trail, warm up with hot cocoa and good conversation with friends and family. Lights will stay up in the preserve until the end of January. It may get dark by 5PM but you can still get a walk in at the SRP during the darkest part of the year! This is a free event, you are free to come and go as you please.
