Visitors can enjoy paved pathways, explore scenic nature trails or cast a line into beautiful Otsego Lake. Our accessible attractions, parks and facilities ensure that visitors of every ability can create lasting memories in the heart of northern Michigan.

Otsego Lake State Park Beach

Otsego Lake State Park has a beautiful, half mile sandy beach with paved pathways to the water. Want to explore further? Conviently rent a beach wheelchair at the camp store!

Aspen Park

Aspen Park is a 100 acre nature park with wide paved pathways throughout. Explore the entirety of the park, or break it up into sections. Either way, Aspen Park is a great place to get outside!

Elk View Park

Elk View Park has a new and improved viewing platform, allowing people of all abilities to catch a glimpse of these impressive animals.

Otsego Lake State Park Fishing Pier

The fishing pier at Otsego Lake State Park allows anyone to get out and fish. With a paved trail leading up to it, a wide dock with rails and even lowered railings for fishing poles, this pier is a great place to reel one in.

Pigeon River Discovery Center

The Pigeon River Discovery Center is tucked into the Pigeon River Country State Forest, and dives deep into the history of the forest and the wildlife that inhabits the area.

Veteran’s Playscape Park

The equipment at the Playscape Park is designed with accessibility in mind! This park is brand-new and is built upon each year. The construction of the park is currently in phase two of a three part process.

Call of the Wild

The museum at Call of the Wild teaches about northern Michigan wildlife and nature. It’s a fantastic place to learn with the entire family!

Sturgeon River Preserve

Enjoy the beautiful scenery surrounding the Sturgeon River on the boardwalk through the forest. Sturgeon River Preserve gives you beautiful river views and ample opportunity to be in nature.
